How to apply!

A company wishing to establish a base in the St. Lucia Freezone must first obtain an operating licence from the Management Authority as follows:
establish company under local law (Company Act 1996)
obtain Operating Licence application form from FZMA - page one page two
deposit Application Processing Fee with the FZMA
FZMA Board evaluates Operating Licence application form
applicant firm invited to sign lease contract with FZMA
FZMA issues operating licence to applicant firm
 
Lease agreements
The following types of lease agreement are available: whole unit warehouse; shared unit warehouse; open-air warehouse space; zone user office space; shared office space; building site.

The duration of leases are as follows: commercial leases - 2 or 3 years; manufacturing leases - 5 years; operator in own building - 20 years.
